"Service" or "Services" refers to all the services provided by us, including but not limited to BasketballBot.
"Agreement" collectively refers to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you agree to allow us to store the necessary information to provide the services to you, as outlined in this agreement.

RULES OF CONDUCT
The services are provided "As is" and should be used for their intended purpose(s) only. You may not use our services to violate Discord's Terms of Service and Policies. Any attempts to exploit loopholes in our Terms and/or services with the intent to cause harm to us or others may result in the termination of your access to our services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unauthorized use of any content or materials owned by us within our services is strictly prohibited.

AFFILIATION
The Bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by the NBA. Any direct connection to the NBA or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of the NBA's assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
If there is evidence of users or servers abusing our service, we may take action by recording the public IDs of those users to exclude them from our services. We reserve the right to remove and permanently delete your content from the service, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The services are provided "As is," and we are not liable for any intentional or unintentional violations of the law that occur while using our services, nor for any damages that may arise from the use of our service.

We may update this policy periodically. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be available on this page.
