2. About us
BasketballBot is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is the sole owner of all BasketballBot branded services ("BasketballBot Services") and all of the information collected on it. BasketballBot does not collect information from users except if manually provided by the user.
This privacy policy applies to data that we collect from you when you use our services. It provides information on what personal data we collect, why we collect the data, how it is used, the lawful basis on which data is processed.

3. Personal data that we collect
Our services automatically collect statistical information, including, but not limited to, number of requests each user makes, total number of request since launch of a particular feature, all simulated bets executed through BasketballBot, etc. None of the information collected is used to systematically track you, or your actions. We use the collected data in various ways that are necessary to provide the services you have asked us to provide. We do not generally rely on your consent to allow us to process the data if there is another lawful ground available. If we do rely on your consent we will make this clear to you at the time. We will never sell or distribute the collected data. Once data becomes outdated or is no longer used or integrated into our systems, we will permanently delete the data.
